
Don is responsible for managing the Foundation's operations, recruiting and leading the staff, supporting the work of the board and assuring excellent service to donors and affiliates.
As of November 2006, Don also serves as vice president of marketing for Wycliffe Bible Translators USA. In this new and critical role, Don will spearhead communications supporting the organization's mission to accelerate Bible translation around the world and strengthen communications to Christian audiences in the United States.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Don served in parish ministry as a senior pastor. Before that, he worked for 23 years with Hallmark Cards managing sales, marketing, administration and strategic planning activities, retiring in 1997. He then earned his Master of Divinity at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Following service in Vietnam, he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology from Western Illinois University.
