Karen has more than 30 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as director of planned giving at the Dominican Hospital Foundation and as associate director of planned giving at The Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County.
Karen is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving and is a founding board member of the Santa Cruz Planned Giving Council. She also volunteers in numerous areas at her church.
