Rob's broad vocational and educational background provides him with significant experience as he serves with the Foundation. Prior to joining the team, he spent 13 years in student ministries, including serving as the CEO of Berks County Young Life and as pastor of student ministries for two churches.
Before that, he was an engineer and project manager in telecommunications. Rob has a bachelor's degree in engineering, a Master of Divinity and a doctrate degree in organizational leadership. Rob has extensive training in gift planning techniques and is a member in good standing with the National Committee on Planned Giving.
