Willard has several years of experience in various fields, including the funeral and financial services industries. Before joining the Foundation, Willard was a broker in financial services and a registered representative in securities.
He also owned and operated funeral homes for 32 years and is past president of many civic and social organizations. He is listed in "Marquis Who's Who in the Midwest" and "Marquis Who's Who in the World."
